Question for FtMs, how does FtM transition work? To my knowledge "facial masculinization surgery" either isn't a thing or isn't as available as FFS. So why do FtMs look feminine when they poon out and then 10 years later look extremely masculine with only T? Can T make bones grow more? Also is it harder or easier for FtMs to pass then MtFs?
