I am a shaman, I have taken many, many different forms spiritually, and it is not good for you. it is not. people will begin to look at you different, and it causes suspicion. you do not want to shift. maybe once in a lifetime, once. not all the time and it needs to be a gradual shift so people can recognize you still. if the shift were instant you'd loose your identity real quick people wouldn't know who you were because you're always shifting and you're just like the others no. You need a solid form for recognition. If you shift then it needs to take years. and it needs to be noticed. instant shifts lead to confusion and that's gonna led into loosing people you might Love, cause they got confused on who is you. I fear this to death I pray I haven't done that too much.
