travelling with injections

Anyone know what the go is when flying overseas with injections, especially when you're DIY? i'm going to china soon and idk what to do with my E, if I have an estrogen vial and needles in my checked bags are they gonna pick it up and ask me about it? i have no prescription to show so idk what to do in that scenario
