How do I know if I have dysphoria or if it is just in my head and not real. I am a dude and I have a brain thing so sometimes I keep thinking stuff but I get confused with whether or not those thoughts are genuine. Sometimes I think i match the description of dysphoria but other times I don't and it's confusing.
