I'm MtF and I love FtMs.FtMs are leaders, a bulwark, and genuinely tend to be the most effortless natural and appealing while staying always on-point for sticking up for what's right.
FtMs are not privileged or advantaged in any way compared to MtFs, we are equal in our troubles faced by society, even if the particularities are different. And any MtF who disagrees is unironically subscribing to... ? transmisandry? ?
The fact that we don't have a readily apparent word for this, while everyone knows "transmisogyny" (while it does exist), is apparent!
It's honestly frustrating the extent to which I routinely see transmasculine people express that they feel they have no space to talk about their unique experiences and difficulties without being drowned out by transfeminine people competing in oppression.
FtMs and transmasculine people generally are 100% as valid as the most valid MtF ever is, and while them not facing the full extent of "rapist pervert groomer" accusations does exist, that does not in any way reduce the routine, and often ignored or dismissed hate they specifically receive on the regular.
Many times I've found myself dealing with a threadbare sense of self while transitioning as MtF, and while I have often found community with other MtFs, I cannot deny how often it has been FtMs who have genuinely helped me more than anyone else has.
If there is anything you can take from this post. No matter however many divisive anti-transmasculine slide posts are posted *anywhere* I will always side with my trans brothers and KINGS over any baeddel, pick-me, or other transwomen stuck in incel socialization.
