Any Ray Peat following girlies here? What's your HRT regimen to avoid the complications of estrogen dominance? I tried to transition before but ended up detransitioning and a big part of why is because being on estrogen made me very hypothyroid. I'd like to transition but unfortunately that state was so awful I would be happier just repressing if there's no way to avoid it and still transition.
