WHP ratio

hey can someone who knows lots about working out and stuff tell me what the max I could improve my waist to hip ratio is? I am around 0.79 right now at 2 years on hormones, is it possible to get down to a 0.7-ish purely through working out or is that outside of achievable goals. Just want to know what is realistic improvement here.

Also I'm sure theirs like crazy success stories and people who have worked out like 2 hours a day and gotten a good ratio, I just want what might be achievable for the average person doing maybe like 15-30 minutes of targeted excerscises every day or two.
