I live in the middle of oklahoma and I want to move away from these self-destructive crabbucket hillbillies to a city that's blue at least and has a good gay nightlife

I'm looking for:
-A city that's blue/liberal at least, if not socialist lenient in politics
-a city possessing a good gay nightlife or at least a good nightlife in general
-cheap to decent to live in
-not hot
-no ragweed
