I know I’m late as fuck but I just seen her arrest video and then the videos of her in custody. Idk if she was drugged up or manic or what the fuck but it legit seemed like some demon shit. At one point she was like yeah I’m a man! I remember before the footage was out people were upset she was going to be placed in jail with males but like if you watch these videos she’s exuding some male ass energy it’s almost scary. I guess I’m starting to think trans people need their own spaces because she sounded like she’d fuck up cis women for no reason but obviously you can’t put her with guys when she’s fishy as fuck. Like what the hell. Or imagine the GameStop trans lady for example if she were arrested would you really place her with females? How do you go about it? Should it be case by case basis and determined where the person would be in less harm/cause less harm? I’m aware there’s been incidents with “trans” women getting female prisoners pregnant or how some cis men will try and lie about their gender to get a more lenient sentence (doubt this really happens though)
