If IWNBAW and Im just a man, then why cant I go outside shirtless

I demand trans rights to take off our shirts and show our tits in public since we are just men. Why cant I do this? Is there a problem? Explain to me why its obscene if I am just a man with man boobs. If a fat man with moobs can go outside shirtless, then so can I.
