im at 1 year hrt and consider it pretty much overI’m ugly and not even close to passing, surgery’s aren’t easily accessible and being a bottom like this feels weird

I’ve tried stopping blockers, going off E aswell for some time but that was due to me being stupid but even then I couldn’t hold an erection anymore
it also sometimes hurts and in general is just annoying, what can I do?
