Never been to this board, but forgot to ask my GP the other day and don't know where else to ask (Google ain't working)

I'm transsexual, AFAB but living as and transitioned to male. I've been on HRT and at normal male testosterone levels for a bit over a decade now

Question might be an incredibly stupid, but for health/fitness assessment resources/calculators (BMI, caloric needs, etc.) do I select male or female for sex? I know my sex is female, but does my hormonal make-up have a bearing on this?

Long-term testosterone therapy has changed my body composition, so my body measurements are closer to male than female and I feel aiming for female ideals for body measurements/caloric intake/weight isn't realistic. Or am I dense?

Not sure if this is the right place but any help would be appreciated
